First-Article Inspection

 

The first article inspection establishes the baseline for all subsequent random testing, because it checks every dimension and specification against the drawings, and the actual dimensions of each measurement are recorded. Initial Production Check (IPC)

In-Process Inspection (DUPRO)

Pre-Shipment Inspection (FRI)

 

It is important to assess the quality and safety of your goods prior to shipment. Pre-Shipment Inspection are conducted when 100 per cent of your goods are produced and at least 80 per cent are packed and ready for dispatch, our engineers verify that finished goods conform to your specifications.

Container Loading Supervision (CLS)

 

The aim of our container loading supervision service is to ensure that products are loaded and secured correctly and not only to ensure that those goods being shipped are those that were assessed in final random inspections but also to prevent costly mishandling of goods.
